Hansum Homes & Developments Inc. is owned by John and Fran Hansum and is a company that maintains focus on Quality development of our residential custom and spec homes in the Okanagan.
John has 30 years experience in Residential and Commercial Construction and is a Journeyman Carpenter by trade. As an active member of the Kelowna Home Building Community, Hansum Homes is a proud member of the CHBA-CO and John proudly sits on the Board of Directors.
Fran has over 22 years of office administration experience and brings that expertise to the Hansum Homes business.
John & Fran use innovative ideas to give each home its own unique qualities, from curved staircases to grand piano shaped islands in the kitchen. Right from planning stage through to possession, Hansum Homes focus, is on Quality and Customer Satisfaction
